CURTAINS
Curtains can serve so many purposes. Voile curtains can provide a little privacy and warmth over large picture windows, blackout curtains can create the environment for restful sleep and inter-lined curtains can give a sumptuous finish to any room.
There are endless possibilities for headings and finishes. I work with clients to identify their requirements and preferences, helping to ensure the final product fits the brief they have in mind.
BLINDS
Blinds are increasingly becoming a suitable solution for challenging window shapes or for opening up rooms that may have been dominated by large curtains previously. Alternatively, they can be combined with curtains to make a real feature of a window, or to solve heat loss issues. I am able to advise on the choice of fabrics suitable for making up blinds and on the many finishes available.
CUSHIONS
Cushions can be an accent to a room scheme or blend with soft furnishings allowing other objects to draw the eye. I have helped many clients to put together fabrics to achieve their vision and have many ideas for creating interest. The smaller quantities of material required for cushions can allow the imagination to run wild or can ensure any spare fabric is used effectively.
